And why should you consider me as your Buyers Agent? 

  • I represent you exclusively in the transaction (remember…the listing agent always represents the seller). 
  • I will handle your transaction and your interests confidentially. 
  • I will educate you as to what to look for and what to avoid in the home buying process.  I advise you on your buying decision and point out potential pitfalls. 
  • As an experienced Project Manager, I anticipate potential crisis that may affect the transaction and troubleshoot solutions.  I will monitor the transaction before, during and after the sale to ensure compliance to the contract. 
  • Not only do I have access via the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) to over 34,000 homes on the market, but I have access to homes you may not know about such as: for sale by owner, expired listings and unadvertised properties. I can also provide updated information on New Construction Communities coming onto the market. 
  • I will present you with the facts to help you make a confident and informed decision.  I offer a competitive market analysis before you buy to help establish the home’s value. 
  • I handle paperwork and documents (CCR’s, addendums, notices, etc.).  I assist you in scheduling and negotiating your home inspection. 
  • I can save you time!  When you see an ad in the magazines, newspapers, on-line or a sign in the yard, no matter what the real estate company, I can get you the information and arrange for you to see the home.  You do not have to contact multiple different agents! 
  • I can refer you to a loan specialist to make you aware of the latest and best finance programs available for you to get you pre-approved for a home loan of your choice. 
  • I am a resource person for various service providers.  
  • I’m here to answer all your real estate questions.
