Welcome to Ridgefield, a highly desirable neighborhood on Kent’s East Hill that features stunning views of Mt. Rainier.  The entrance to the neighborhood is a wide street, lined with trees and white fencing.  It’s a peaceful end to a hectic day. 

Ridgefield is a destination neighborhood – the entrance and exit is the same street; there are no through streets.  That means limited traffic!  All the homes are situated on large lots with 3 car garages.  The streets are wide, which also means limited cars parked on the streets. 

There are private (community) soccer fields, playground, spectacular views of Mt. Rainier and easy access to Soos Creek Trail.  Ridgefield also has a designated parking area for RV’s, boats, etc. (subject to space availability) at a very reasonable $165/year and the entrance to the neighborhood is security camera monitored.

Ridgefield.  It’s really the best neighborhood ever.
